Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Send messages to people who have not opted in to receive them
- Send marketing without recorded consent
- Provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, legal advice or financial advice
through automated replies
- Collect money from anyone without a valid mandate
- Impersonate another business or person
- Store or transmit information you are not lawfully entitled to hold
- Attempt to access another client's data, or probe, scan or test the security
of the Platform without our written permission
- Circumvent the spend limits, opt-out handling or quiet hours built into the
Platform
We may suspend an account that breaches this policy, with notice where
circumstances allow and immediately where they do not.
We may also suspend where Meta restricts your WhatsApp number, until the
underlying cause is resolved.
