Debit Order Authority

By accepting this authority you authorise 720DegreeIT to collect the
subscription fees and transaction fees set out in your chosen plan from the
bank account you nominate.

Terms

• Collections are made monthly or annually in advance, on the date shown in
your portal.
• The amount collected is your plan fee plus any transaction fees incurred in
the preceding period, plus VAT where applicable. Your portal shows the breakdown before each collection.
• We will notify you before the first collection and before any change in the
amount.
• This authority may be cancelled by you on 30 days' written notice. Cancelling
it does not cancel your subscription or any fees already due.
• Collections are processed through a registered payment provider. We do not
hold your banking details in readable form; they are encrypted and used only to instruct the provider.
• If a collection fails we may retry it, and we will contact you before

Your rights

You may dispute an incorrect collection with your bank in the ordinary course.
We ask that you contact us first so we can correct it directly, which is
usually faster.

This authority does not give us the right to collect any amount other than the
fees you have agreed to.
